Using specialist resin technology, Stratex lids can be designed to seal to most types of trays or bottom webs (CPET; APET; PP; PVC; HDPE; LDPE, etc) – and can be printed with up to eight colours. Stratex offer lidding solutions that can be supplied die-cut or in rolls.

Ovenable Lidding solutions
PC PEEL is a unique heat sealable packaging film designed to meet the unique demands of the dynamic convenience food market. PC Peel film provides a strong peelable seal to APET (Amorphous Polyester), CPET (Crystallised Polyester), and PP (Polypropylene) trays that are used in hot environments
Dual Ovenable – suitable for microwave or conventional oven up to 250c
Self venting – steam is released from the tray during heating without the film being punctured, ensuring quick and effective heating
Printable – the film can be printed with high quality graphics for self impact
PC Peel is ideally matched with the Thermo-Fresh range of ovenable trays
Easy Peel Closures for bottles and pottles
Stratex has designed a range of Easy peel closures for the Australasian market. Developed with local moulders and processors, Stratex peelable closures are made using state of the art technology and will seal to a full range of bottles and pottles, both liquid and dry applications.
High barrier easy peel closures offer the processor tamper evident security for their consumers.
Top Web solutions
With many years knowledge and experience in Top webs, Stratex is able to offer film, foil or paper top web solutions. Top webs used in conjunction with barrier bottom webs in medial and meat applications is an area of specialty. The ability to surface or trap print customer designs is also offered. These products have been developed and are manufactured in New Zealand and Australia to meet high local quality and compliance standards.
